Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change. To respect both your time and mine, the following terms apply to all coaching sessions:
1. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice.
Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date (where possible).
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a missed session.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
3. Emergencies
I understand genuine emergencies happen. At my discretion, I may allow a late reschedule without charge.
4. Coach Cancellations
If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in advance of the session through the online payment/booking system
Ethics, Boundaries & Confidentiality
As an Association for Coaching (AC) accredited coach I abide by the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors, am in regular supervision with a professional who also abides by this code and I engage in continuous professional development. All coaching conversations are confidential, but all confidentiality has limits. These are the main categories that typically define the need for external disclosure:
― Harm to self
― Harm to others
― Illegal activity
― Legal requirements (court order)
― Supervision (with precautions)
Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to supporting your growth, we cannot guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content shared through this website or during coaching (including worksheets, recordings, guides, and programs) are owned by us and protected by copyright law. You may use them for your personal development only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
Data Protection
